1. Order

Our items

  • Stock availability :
    If the item you wish to order is no longer available, we invite you to subscribe to our stock alert. To do this, once you are on the article page, click on the whised size and then on the "Notify me" button. Once you have entered your e-mail address, click on the "Subscribe" button. You will receive a stock alert e-mail when the item is available again.

  • Size guide :
    In order to assist you as much as possible in choosing the size of your item, a size guide is available for a large majority of items. If you have any doubts or questions, you can contact our Customer Service via the website chat, via e-mail customerservice@barrie.com or by phone and WhatsApp at +33 7 72 26 77 65. Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (GMT+1).

Reception of the order confirmation email
When your order is finished on the website, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail by e-mail. If you have not received it, please check your junk mail / spam folder. You can also go to your personal space to find all the information concerning your order or contact our Customer Service.

Invoice recept
You will receive your invoice by e-mail once your order has been shipped. If necessary, our Customer Service will be happy to send you a new invoice.

Amendment or cancellation of an order
Our teams are committed to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been validated and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. We therefore invite you to make sure that the items in your basket are in the colors, sizes and quantities you want when you place your order. Similarly, we invite you to fill in your address with the greatest care before validating your order.
In case of amendment or cancellation, we invite you to contact the Customer Service as soon as possible who will do his best to satisfy your request.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail giving you the tracking number for your package. You can also track your parcel directly from your customer account in the "Orders'' section. You can check the status of your order at any time and track your package directly via your personal space in the "Orders'' section.

Missing parts
If an item is missing from your order and we have not informed you of this by e-mail, please contact our Customer Service via the website chat, via e-mail customerservice@barrie.com or by phone and WhatsApp at +33 7 72 26 77 65 giving us your order number and the reference of the missing item. Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (GMT+1).

2. Payment

Available payment methods
The payment of the order can be made by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by Apple Pay or Paypal account. If you choose to pay via your Paypal account, you will be redirected to the Paypal website for this purpose.

Prices and taxes
For orders placed on the website and delivered within Europe (excluding the United Kingdom), the prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros and include all taxes (VAT) and customs duties where applicable (delivery outside the European Union). A delivery charge can be added to the customer's bill for orders under a certain amount (see below Delivery fees).

For orders placed on the website and delivered to the United Kingdom, the prices displayed on the website are indicated in Pounds Sterling and include all taxes (TTC). A delivery charge of £10 will be added to the customer's bill for all orders under £250.

For orders placed on the website and delivered outside of Europe and the UK, the prices displayed on the website are quoted in US dollars or AUD dollars or CAD dollars or KRW or HKD dollars or JPY yens or CHF or new taiwanese dollars and include customs duties. A delivery charge can be added to the customer's bill for orders under a certain amount (see below Delivery fees).

Delivery methods and timescale
Our deliveries are made by DHL or Fedex, the delivery times of this carrier are given as an indication. For deliveries in Europe, orders are delivered between 1 and 5 working days. For deliveries in the UK, orders are delivered between 1 and 3 working days. For deliveries outside Europe, orders are delivered between 3 and 7 working days.

Delivery fees
- For Customer with a delivery address in Australia, prices in australian dollars in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of thirty (30) australian dollars will be applied if the order amount is less than six hundred fifty (650) $ AUD.

- For Customer with a delivery address in Canada, prices in Canadian dollars in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of twenty (20) Canadian dollars will be applied if the order amount is less than six hundred (600) $ CAD.

- For Customer with a delivery address in South Korea, prices in South Korean won in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of twenty-six thousand (26 000) South Korean won will be applied if the order amount is less than six hundred thousand (600 000) ₩ KRW.

- For Customer with a delivery address in the United States and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, prices in dollars in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of fifteen (15) dollars won will be applied if the order amount is less than five hundred (500) $.

- For Customer with a delivery address in the United States and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, prices in dollars in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of fifteen (15) dollars won will be applied if the order amount is less than five hundred (500) $.

- For Customer with a delivery address in Algeria, Guadeloupe, Reunion Island, Morocco, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, French Polynesia, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Tunisia, Wallis and Futuna, prices in euros in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty (if the Country is located outside the European Union) and tax. Delivery charges of fifteen (15) euros will be applied if the order amount is less than three hundred fifty (350) €.

- For Customer with a delivery address in Hong Kong dollars, prices in dollars in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of one hundred sixty (160) Hong Kong dollars will be applied if the order amount is less than three thousand six hundred (3 600) HKD $.

- For Customer with a delivery address in Japan, prices in yens in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of two thousand seven hundred (2 700) yens will be applied if the order amount is less than three thousand six hundred (630 000) ¥ JPY.

- For Customer with a delivery address in the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, prices in pounds sterling in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of ten (10) pounds sterling will be applied if the order amount is less than two hundred fifty (50) £.

- For Customer with a delivery address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, prices in Swiss francs in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of eight (8) Swiss francs will be applied if the order amount is less than four hundred (400) CHF.

- For Customer with a delivery address in Taiwan, prices in new Taiwanese dollars in the Site include delivery charges, customs duty and tax. Delivery charges of six hundred fifty (650) new Taiwanese dollars will be applied if the order amount is less than fifteen thousand five hundred (15 500) NT$ TWD.

4. Returns and refund procedure

The Return Policy do not apply to Items that have been customised at the request of the Customer (for instance Customer's initials).

The returns are free. The Customer has 14 business days from the date of the order delivery to return all or part of the Items purchased.

a) Return of an order placed online
- To return an order placed on our website (excluding orders delivered to the UK) , please follow the procedure below:

Return via DHL or Fedex :
1. Contact our Customer Service via the website chat, by e-mail at customerservice@barrie.com or by phone and WhatsApp at +33 7 72 26 77 65 in order to make the return request, specifying the order number and the products concerned. Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm (GMT+1).
2. Fill out the return form provided in your parcel, specifying only the items to be returned.
3. Place the entire item with the labels still attached and intact in its original packaging with the returns form.
4. Attach the returns form to the package and give it to the DHL or Fedex carrier within 14 days from the date of authorisation of the return.
5. Once the return is received, the quality department will validate the compliance of the return with the acceptance criteria. If applicable, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the items within 3 to 5 days.

Boutique returns :
Returns can be made directly to the Barrie shop in Paris for all orders except those delivered to the UK, with proof of purchase. Our in-store team will validate that the return meets the acceptance criteria. If applicable, we will refund the items within 3 to 5 days.

Returns of orders delivered to the UK can be made directly to the Barrie shop in London at 55A Conduit St, London W1S 2YE. Our team will check that the return meets our acceptance criteria. If the return is accepted, we will issue a refund within 3 to 5 days.

- Track the return of your online order
To track your return shipment, you will find a tracking number on the return slip that was provided to you when your order was shipped.

- Refund procedure for an online order Once we receive the return, the quality department will validate the compliance of the return with the acceptance criteria. If necessary, we will refund the items within 3 to 5 working days.

b) Return of a purchase made in our boutique:
You can return any purchase made in one of our boutique within 30 days. Our teams will validate the compliance of the return with the acceptance criteria. If applicable, you will have the possibility to exchange it with an item of your choice or to get a credit note valid for one year in the same shop.

5. Warranty and after sales service: Warranty of Barrie items


All Barrie items purchased in our shop or on our online website are warranted for life. Repairs (rips, buttons to be sewn up...) are offered by the House. This warranty applies only to items for which Barrie's recommended care instructions have been followed. You can find all our advice in the Care Advice section or with our teams in our boutique.

Repair service
For any repair, please bring your Barrie item to one of our boutiques. It will be examined by our staff and you will be given a time frame for the repair. The item will be sent back to our Scottish factory and will be thoroughly checked and repaired by the expert hands of our craftsmen. You will then be informed as soon as it is returned to the boutique. If you are unable to visit one of our boutiques, you can also contact our team by email or telephone before returning the item. The repair procedure will be identical and the item will be returned to the address of your choice at your cost.
